Just what is a blog? Do I need one? How would I benefit? I don’t know how to make a blog. Who could I get to put one up for me? I have no money to pay for a blog! What would I write. I have nothing to say. I post on Facebook… why do I need a blog as well? I don’t have time to write on a blog.

When you start you own blog you create a HUB that will pull all your marketing efforts together and raise your online profile and presence 10 fold at least!
If you’re marketing your business online there’s no way you should even consider not having a blog. The benefits are GINORMOUS.
You can create your own personalized, professional blog and have it up and running for as little a $2… YES $2
Now… it must be what’s called a self-hosted blog. That way you OWN it and have complete control over your content! In other words the free blogs with free hosting like Blogger to name just one, have their place and are great… just not right for your business blog.
Don’t worry… it’s easy to set up your own self-hosted blog and I’ve made a bunch of videos to show you exactly how.
I’m going to take you step-by-step through the entire program so RELAX!
So let’s go… here’s Phase 1 of my training videos which will show you exactly how to get started…
Step One: Choose and purchase your domain name
One of the best places to buy a domain name on the Internet is at GoDaddy.
I recommend buying a .com domain name. That will cost you anywhere from $10-$15, but you can also get an off brand domain name like a .info for as little as $1.99 if you’re strapped for cash. Now don’t feel bad if you are broke… we all been there at some point, and you’re doing something about it!!
Click on the banner below to get your domain name…. choose a name carefully, your blog will be a big part of your branding. I chose to go with my own name.
Once you’ve chosen your Domain name just ignore all the add-ons GoDaddy try to sell you… just go straight past it all to the check-out – you don’t need anything other than the actual Domain Name.

Step Two: Next you need to get some hosting organized.
Using an Internet hosting service allows individuals and organizations to make their own Website or Blog accessible via the World Wide Web.
